Personalized programs are designed to reduce stress, improve posture, flexibility & promote overall wellbeing.
*A one off introduction for 3 hours.
*2 meetings for 3 hours each will enable a better participants needs assessment. second meeting will be tailored accordingly.
*4 meetings for 2 hours each might be more suitable for a busy workplace. It will also give participants the opportunity to take things a bit further.
*8 meetings of 90 minutes each of Tai Chi classes.
Participants will learn the 8 movement form and will be encouraged to practice it as a self-help mean to combat stress and feel better.
Through the study of the Alexander Method, you will sharpen the proprioceptive sense.
Proprioception is the sense of self-movement, balance and body position.
Tai Chi Basic 8 Movements Form :
Take self-improvement & self-help further by learning this basic short form. It could be practiced in a small space and easily integrated into daily routines. It will only take a short time to practice & will make a difference to your wellbeing.
One to one lessons will address your individual needs, it is suitable for people of all ages.
An individual lesson lasts 45-50 minutes and will involve a gentle use of hands-on guidance and verbal explanations to help you find ease and balance within yourself in simple movements of everyday activities.
Learn Tai Chi Basic 8 Movements,
while applying methods taken from the Alexander Technique to improve practice.
Private lessons could form part of workplace wellbeing program.
